With laser rifles, discover standing and prone shooting, while improving your practice of Nordic skiing.
Gradually, you will learn to manage physical effort and concentration, supervised by specialized instructors.

Lessons are possible every day of the season, subject to availability.

Laser rifles are provided by the ESF, cross-country ski rental possible in Flumet sports shops.
The lessons take place on the cross-country ski trails around the Plan d'Eau de Flumet.
Depending on the development, possibility of going to the Nordic areas of Praz sur Arly or Crest-Voland (5 min by car).
Access to the cross-country ski trails is free.
